The Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust is seeking a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join their Adult Mental Health Neighbourhood Services in Kidderminster. This permanent position, available for 30 hours per week, involves providing psychological assessments and interventions for individuals with moderate to severe mental health conditions, specifically within the severe/enduring pathway. The role emphasises trauma-informed care, empowering service users, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

Candidates will adhere to trust values, HCPC guidelines, and are expected to engage in ongoing clinical supervision and professional development. The position is open to both registered psychologists and those in their final year of training, with a potential for upgrade upon HCPC registration.
