We are currently seeking Clinical Nurse Managers to join our teams in North and South East Wales. If you are an experienced clinical leader with a passion for ensuring a better end of life for everyone, this is the role for you!
This role will suit an experienced nurse, ideally with palliative care and people/service management experience who will manage our community services (including Rapid Response, Planned Night Care and others), and staff across North Wales or South East Wales.
The post holder will also join a regional on call for Wales (after three months in post).

We are the largest non-NHS provider of end-of-life care in the UK, the only provider across all 4 nations, delivering community nursing and hospice care across the country, while providing information and support on all aspects of dying, death, and bereavement. The care and support we provide is highly valued by the people we care for and their loved ones, but at present we are only reaching around 10% of dying people at the end of life. Right now, one in four people in the UK with a terminal illness, do not get the care or support they deserve at the end of their lives.

Were looking for Clinical Nurse Managers to join our teams in North Wales & South East Wales to operationally manage and clinically lead community services within the regions.
Salary: Marie Curie Clinical Pay Scale Band 7 (aligned with AFC) £44,398 - £50,8per annum + enhancements
Contract: Permanent
Based: North Wales - Home Based
South East Wales - Marie Curie Cardiff & the Vale Hospice (hybrid working can be considered)

- Strong clinical leadership skills with experience in staff management
- Relevant Palliative/End of Life care experience
- Level 1 NMC registration
- Willing to work towards QCF Level 5 in Leadership & Management
- A licence allowing you to drive in the UK and access to a vehicle that can be insured for business use are essential
