SW Healthcare is seeking a proactive and accomplished Practice Manager for Abbey Medical Practice in Evesham, following the retirement of the current manager. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business and people management, patient services, finance, and strategic planning. Key responsibilities will include organisational leadership, service improvement, and ensuring the delivery of high standards across both clinical and administrative sectors. Excellent communication skills, IT proficiency, and experience in team management are essential, along with personal organisational abilities and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will work closely with the practice's partners and an efficient administrative and clinical team to ensure the seamless operation of the growing practice.
