Due to the pending retirement of our current Practice Manager, we are looking for a highly accomplished, motivated, and proactive Manager with a demonstrable background in business and people management, patient services, finance and strategic planning.
Candidates should have excellent communications skills, be confident with office-level IT and have a experience in successfully managing and developing teams and the individual staff within them in order to deliver against key NHS targets and contracts. The successful candidate will be responsible for organisational leadership, service improvement, and delivery of consistently high standards across the full range of clinical and administrative areas within the Practice. A high degree of personal organisational ability is required as well as a systematic approach to problem-solving and planning. Relevant experience of the Primary Care environment would be an advantage.
About usWorking alongside the Partners and supported by an excellent administrative and clinical team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of this busy, steadily growing Practice. You will also have the vision, flexibility and drive to adapt and lead the Practice in the new ways of working within Primary Care Networks and wider Integrated Care systems.
