The Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Adviser to deliver a comprehensive occupational health and wellbeing service to its three Acute Hospitals and contracted external organisations. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing a high-quality service, engaging with stakeholders to positively influence employee health and wellbeing, and providing specialist advice on occupational health matters.

Ideal applicants should be Registered Nurses or possess relevant professional registration, along with an Occupational Health Diploma or equivalent degree and experience in a similar role at a Band 5 level or above. The position requires strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with a focus on teamwork and dedication to employee wellbeing.
