The Clinical Practice Facilitator position at Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust involves providing educational support and guidance to Allied Health Professional and Nursing students, ensuring they are well-prepared for practical work in healthcare settings. This part-time role (34 hours per week) requires either a Registered Allied Health Professional or a Registered Nurse, and offers a salary range of £35,392 to £42,618 per annum (pro rata). The facilitator will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working flexibly across various sites in Herefordshire and Worcestershire, and will have opportunities for remote work.

Key responsibilities include supporting practice educators and assessors, managing challenging situations in student assessments, and collaborating with universities to ensure high-quality clinical placements.
