Intensive Rehabilitation Service - Salisbury Area
37.5 Hours per week - Permanent
We are looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our Intensive Rehabilitation Service supporting Pathway 2 discharges in the South of Wiltshire based in Salisbury area. This service is based within inpatient bed based rehabilitation setting to provide patients an opportunity for focused rehabilitation after a hospital admission to enable patients to work towards their goals.
You will work with a multidisciplinary approach, alongside physiotherapists, assistant practitioners, rehabilitation support workers, care staff and social workers to ensure the patients are supported to work towards their goals, in aim of returning home or into another setting.
As a band 5 Occupational Therapist, you will be supported by senior therapists within the team along with community therapists within the organisation.
This is an exciting time for the team, working in partnership with other local services to provide rehabilitation in an integrated and truly patient centred way.
