The University Hospital of North Midlands NHS Trust is seeking a part-time Ward Clerk/Receptionist for the Acute Medical Unit in Stoke-on-Trent, requiring 30 hours of work per week with the flexibility for long shifts, including weekends, nights, and bank holidays. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, motivated, and possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Candidates must have experience with NHS IT systems such as Careflow and Filefast, along with previous administrative and clerical experience, advanced keyboard skills, and a minimum of GCSE qualifications in English and Maths. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team are also essential for this role.
