The Supply Chain Assistant role at NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership in Swansea involves supporting a busy team with various tasks related to the management and delivery of stock items within the hospital. Key responsibilities include receipting, picking, packing, and barcoding stock, as well as unloading deliveries and maintaining inventory through stocktaking and proper storage practices. The position requires frequent walking throughout the hospital, effective communication with internal staff and suppliers regarding deliveries, and the use of the Oracle FMS system for goods processing.

Candidates should be prepared for general maintenance tasks such as cleaning equipment and ensuring documentation is accurately completed during the delivery process.
