To be the first point of contact for service users, carers and visitors to the clinical team and to respond in a helpful manner to enquiries or other issues raised.
To undertake or arrange cross cover support as required.
To interact compassionately with service users and carers at all times. Service users have a range of mental health conditions.
To promote at all times a positive image of people with mental health conditions and/or learning disabilities.

An opportunity has arisen to recruit a motivated and experienced Administrator to join The Access to Mental Wellbeing Team. You must have excellent organisational skills, have a flexible approach, be able to work on your own initiative and be a team player.
The successful applicant would be joining a supportive team with a wide variety of skills. The trust encourages ongoing training and development of skills.
The main responsibilities of the role will be to provide full administrative support to the clinical team. Excellent communication skills are essential as well as the necessity to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Applicants must have a good understanding of administrative skills, a sound IT knowledge and experience, with competency in Microsoft Office packages being essential. Experience of working in a clinical area is desirable.
