The Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an internal applicant for the position of Band 6 Senior Staff Nurse (ENT OPD) to join their collaborative team in the ENT outpatient department. The role entails managing and leading the nursing team to deliver excellent patient care across multiple sites, primarily at the Townland Community Hospital in Henley-on-Thames. Candidates should possess a strong background in ENT nursing, including experience in ear care, pre-operative assessments, and assisting with minor surgical procedures.
