St Luke's Hospice in Basildon is seeking an experienced Palliative Physiotherapist to join their Integrated Therapy Services (ITS) Team. In this role, the physiotherapist will work autonomously within the AHP Hospice team, assessing and treating patients in various settings including the physiotherapy gym and inpatient units. Responsibilities will involve running specialized groups focused on issues such as shortness of breath, fatigue, and balance, as well as conducting community visits.

The position emphasises collaboration with rehabilitative support staff and the community nursing team to facilitate a seamless transfer of care. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude, with the flexibility to deliver a comprehensive range of hospice services to enhance patients' experiences.
