City Hospitals Independent Commercial Enterprises Ltd (CHoICE) is seeking a dedicated Facilities Supervisor to manage Domestic Services at their Sunderland locations. This role involves overseeing Soft FM staff to ensure the efficient delivery of facilities services across various wards and departments, directly contributing to high-quality patient care. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, flexibility, and a task-oriented approach, as well as experience or qualifications in a support service role, preferably within a healthcare setting.

The Facilities Supervisor will supervise staff, prioritize tasks, and maintain optimal resource use, while working closely with the Facilities Management team and clinical site managers. This position requires a current driving license and educational qualifications at the GCSE level, including experience in catering, domestic, or porter functions. The role entails a 7-day rotary shift pattern, covering hours from 0600 to 2200, with full on-the-job training provided to support employee development within the organisation.
