The Organisational Development Facilitator at James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is responsible for providing specialized advice and guidance to leaders and managers to enhance organisational development (OD) practices, improving staff experience, retention, and overall culture. The role involves designing, delivering, and evaluating OD interventions, including coaching and training sessions to develop effective and compassionate leadership within the Trust. The facilitator will also collaborate with HR colleagues on service improvement, change management initiatives, and employee engagement strategies, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.

Additionally, the facilitator will utilize interpersonal skills to influence positive change, evaluate the impact of OD activities, and report findings to stakeholders. This position requires participation in various committees, the development of leadership capability frameworks, and the assurance that interventions meet quality standards.
