The Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Phlebotomist / Mental Health Support Worker to join the Clozapine Clinic and the Peterborough Adult Locality Team. The role involves providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals facing mental health challenges. Key responsibilities include performing phlebotomy, ECGs, and physical health checks, assisting in the planning and evaluation of therapeutic programs, and supporting service users in achieving their recovery goals. The position requires good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will work four days a week, including required shifts on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the Clozapine Clinic, and will need to travel independently across the county, necessitating a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
