The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Waiting List Co-ordinator & Validation Manager for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover position within the Department of General Surgery. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and communication skills, capable of handling various clerical tasks while performing well under pressure and meeting deadlines. The role involves managing and administering patient waiting lists, collaborating with staff across the Trust, and ensuring compliance with elective resource provision and RTT targets.

Key responsibilities include validating and producing data reports on patient wait times, assisting service managers to maintain efficient patient pathways, and coordinating with the Service Support Manager to ensure transparency and continuity in service operations.
