The Cambian Group is seeking an academically qualified Assistant Psychologist to join their team at Grateley House School, a residential setting for young people aged 9-19 with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and associated difficulties. The role involves supporting qualified psychologists in delivering and evaluating evidence-based psychological interventions, conducting psychometric assessments, standardised risk assessments, and offering support to staff and individual/group interventions. Candidates should possess a good degree in Psychology, ideally with prior experience in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) or Special Educational Needs (SEN) environments.

The position offers a starting salary of £25,560.60 per annum for a full-time, 40 hours per week schedule, alongside comprehensive training, clinical supervision, and opportunities for professional development.
