The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) role at Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is a strategic position aimed at supporting senior managers and staff within designated divisions or corporate areas. Key responsibilities include providing expert HR advice on employment legislation and Trust policy, leading the implementation of workforce programs, and ensuring a customer-focused HR service that aligns with Trust values. The HRBP will develop and promote best people practices, support innovation within the People and Organisational Development (OD) service, and manage HR managers and advisors.

The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including operational managers and the OD team, to assess workforce needs and deliver effective HR strategies. Additionally, the HRBP will foster positive employee relations, support employee relations processes, and ensure compliance with employment legislation and Trust policies. The position also involves deputizing for senior HR roles when required and undertaking special projects as directed by the Line Manager.
