The Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust is offering a Band 2 Administration Assistant (Apprentice) position within its Single Point of Contact (SPOC) team, located in Pocklington and servicing surrounding areas. This role involves processing referrals into the Trust's clinical computer system, coordinating appointments, and managing waiting lists while serving as the primary contact for service users and health professionals. The position requires working within a schedule of seven days a week, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

As an apprentice, the successful candidate will receive support in studying for a Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 or Business Administrator Level 3 qualification, depending on their experience and abilities. The role offers remuneration at the National Living Wage, with potential progression to Band 2 upon completion of the apprenticeship. Key responsibilities include referral management, appointment booking, and ensuring services operate efficiently within the community healthcare framework.
