We are looking for a Business Change Officer to join the Transforming Our Digital Workplace programme (ToDW). The ToDW Programme has been set up to provide new laptop and desktop hardware and develop a new secure corporate image based on Windows 11. UKHSA will benefit from having a single cloud-based platform for management of all end user devices which consequently will improve performance, safeguard security decreasing service desk and cyber incidents.The programmes Business Change team will be engaging across the entire estate with stakeholders, colleagues, and internal networking groups working closely with delivery, user communication and business change partners to ensure the technology capabilities being delivered are connected to user requirements.
As Business Change Officer, you will be responsible for proactively preparing the business for the impact of the changes being delivered by the programme. You will provide a bridge between the programme and the business to ensure that activities are planned and completed to enable the business to implement the agreed change and realise the business benefits.

Location
This role is being offered as hybrid working based at any of our Core HQs. We offer great flexible working opportunities at UKHSA and operate using a hybrid working model where business needs allow. This provides us with greater flexibility about how and where we work, to get the best from our workforce. As a hybrid worker, you will be expected to spend a minimum of 60% of your contractual working hours (approximately 3 days a week pro rata, averaged over a month) working at one of UKHSA's core HQs (Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool, and London).
Our core HQ offices are modern and newly refurbished with excellent city centre transport link and benefit from benefit from co-location with other government departments such as the Department for Health and Social Care (DHSC).
