Mountain Healthcare Ltd is seeking a Forensic Quality Manager in Crawley to lead the development and maintenance of a Quality Management System (QMS) for their Sexual Assault Referral Centres. Reporting to the Head of Governance and Quality, this senior role involves ensuring compliance with ISO 15189 and the Forensic Science Regulators' standards, managing audit schedules, and providing expert guidance on accreditation matters. The Forensic Quality Manager will work closely with various stakeholders, drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance data, and represent the organisation at both regional and national levels.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in establishing and managing quality management systems, excellent communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset. This full-time position includes responsibilities such as leading audit programs, training internal auditors, and maintaining knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
