The Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust is seeking a Bank Principal Practitioner Psychologist to join their team working with community mental health teams (CMHTs) in Northampton. This role requires a psychologist with expertise in supervising others and a strong background in addressing severe mental health issues, including complex trauma, psychosis, and personality difficulties. Leadership skills are essential, as the successful candidate will contribute at a senior level while also providing supervision and line management to a small team of psychology staff, which may include psychologists and trainees.
