Bradford District Care Trust has an exciting opportunity to join the trust as a Band 6 mental health practitioner (nurses, social workers, occupational therapists) within Children Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), working in our Youth Justice Pathway. To contribute to the development and provision of services to children and young people with complex mental health needs within the YJS service and CAMHS. This will include assessing, planning and delivering care packages both within groups and also individually and working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
