MENTAL HEALTH NHS ROLE MODEL SOCIAL WORK
The Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner for its Youth Justice Service (YJS) within the Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS). This role involves working with children and young people who have complex mental health needs, focusing on the assessment, planning, and delivery of tailored care packages. The practitioner will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to provide both group and individual support.

In line with the Trust's mission to deliver high-quality mental health care and foster connected communities, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing services for youth engaged with the justice system.
