University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Paediatric Physiotherapist with at least two years of postgraduate experience to join their specialized therapy team in Poole. This rotational role involves providing comprehensive physiotherapy services to children aged 0-19 across various settings, such as inpatient wards, nurseries, schools, and outpatient facilities in the Poole, Bournemouth, and East Dorset areas. The position requires expertise in managing conditions related to orthopaedics, musculoskeletal health, neuro-development, and respiratory issues.

In this role, the physiotherapist will conduct assessments, deliver interventions, and offer clinical supervision to junior team members and undergraduate students. Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including other health, education, and social care professionals, is essential. The post-holder will also participate in continued professional development, training for peers, and flexible working hours, ensuring high-quality, child-friendly services to the families they serve while adhering to departmental policies and protocols.
