The County Durham & Darlington NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Systems Support Analyst to join their Systems and Delivery team within the Health Informatics Department. The role involves supporting and administering both new and existing systems, requiring strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Ideally, candidates should have experience in a systems support environment and a commitment to professional development. The successful applicant will work closely with a diverse team and will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring optimal system performance and data quality for users, reporting directly to a Systems Manager.

The Systems and Delivery team, a function of the Health Informatics Department, have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Systems Support Analyst to join the team and help contribute to the support and administration of new and existing systems within our Trust.

The successful candidate will meet the criteria published within the Job Description and Personal Specification and ideally have demonstrable experience within a system support environment with a drive for continued professional development. They will be customer focused, pro-active, possess strong communication skills, confident IT skills and a strong work ethic. They will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team, committed to working together in supporting our clinical services.

About us
The post holder is an IM&T support analyst whose role is to implement, maintain, and provide user support and frontline system administration technical support to Trust systems.
The post holder will report directly to a Systems Manager and work in close association with the Senior Systems Support Analysts.
The post holder will ensure that users receive the best possible service in terms of data quality, system availability, technical and operational support.
