Marie Curie is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join its Business Partnering team in Liverpool, supporting the UK's leading end-of-life charity. This role involves providing expert advice on various Employee Relations matters, with a focus on attendance management, performance management, and navigating complex ER cases. The successful candidate will collaborate with HR Business Partners and other HR functions while managing their own workload flexibly from home, with occasional travel to the Liverpool Hospice.

The ideal applicant will have extensive experience in a generalist HR role, particularly in a fast-paced, multi-site organisation, and possess strong skills in managing sensitive situations with professionalism. Essential qualities include high emotional intelligence, effective communication skills, and the ability to foster positive relationships in a remote work environment.
