We are looking for medical reception staff to join our team of superb receptionists who work across two sites. We are happy to consider applications from candidates who are interested in either full-time or part time employment.

Reception staff play an incredibly important part of our team and are the first point of contact for our patients.

  • To act as a welcoming and professional first point of contact for patients and organisations contacting the Practice
  • Care navigate patients to the most appropriate service for their needs
  • Provide a range of administrative duties
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the practice
  • Assist in effective communication between all members of the practice team, patients and other external agencies

About us

  • Working in a busy environment, deal with inbound and outbound telephone calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide an excellent level of customer service to patients over the phone, face to face or electronically
  • Care navigate patients to the most appropriate service for their needs
  • Solve a wide range of queries and requests from patients and other external agencies by following practice polices and processes
  • Process repeat medication, fit note, patient online access and e-consultation requests
  • Register new patients to the practice
  • Any other duties as required
