The South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Primary Care Mental Health Practitioner to join their Primary Care Mental Health Team (PCMHT) in Lewisham. This role involves delivering comprehensive mental health assessments and evidence-based psychosocial interventions to adults in the community, managing a caseload, and collaborating with partner agencies such as Primary Care and MIND. The successful candidate will participate in training, reflective practice sessions, and have the opportunity to develop specific areas of expertise within a diverse multidisciplinary team.
