We are recruiting for a Clinical Support Worker

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our busy Outpatients team. The role involves welcoming patients to the department and assisting the medical team with some clinical procedures.
The role will also require administrative and basic computer work on occasion. The successful postholder will also be expected to assist with clinics at our Gravesend satellite unit (taxi transport is provided).
A willingness to learn new things is essential. You will need to flexible in regard to shift patterns with some weekend and evening work will be required on occasion.

About usUndertake a range of delegated duties to deliver agreed plans of care under the supervision of trained staff
Provide excellent customer care skills to ensure patients come first
To ensure patients receive high quality care and a good patient experience, having regard for their customs, religious beliefs and doctrines
Recognise and avoid situations that may be detrimental to the health and wellbeing of the individuals
To act as an advocate for patients within the department, to ensure a patient orientated approach to the delivery of care
Prepare medical records prior to patients attending their clinic appointments.
