York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 4 Associate Educator for Healthcare Support Workers in theatres, aimed at enhancing the skills and development of Band 2 HCSWs. The successful candidate will work closely with HCSWs, serving as a role model, assisting with training, and reinforcing high standards of patient care.
