Band 8c: £74,290 to £85,601 a year per annum, pro rata  PERMANENT 
As a key professional leader, the Head of AHP will provide leadership and direction to all AHP staff to ensure the provision of high-quality patient focused services across the diverse range of the portfolios in our service areas.

We are seeking to strengthen Allied Health Professional team through the appointment of a Heads of AHP role at Band 8c.

Are you a highly motivated and dynamic experienced AHP leader looking to take the next steps in your career that we are looking for? Do you want to make a real difference to service user and staff experience? Are you able to inspire and motivate teams through values-based leadership?

These posts do include participation in the Trust's on call rota.

You will work closely with services to ensure all CQC and other regulatory standards are achieved. You will also support and guide on the professional development of theAHP and nurse workforce. You will play an important role within the multi professional Leadership team across all directorates to ensure that the voice of AHP's are truly represented in service developments and quality improvement.
