The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board is seeking five Administrators to support its Executive Office in Eastleigh. These roles will assist different directorates, including Medical, Nursing, Strategy, People, and Delivery. The Administrators will be responsible for providing administrative support to Senior Leaders, organizing meetings and events, managing complex calendars, and taking action notes/minutes. Successful candidates will also handle sensitive information, assist with HR processes, and provide general office support, all while maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Candidates must work independently, prioritize tasks, and operate efficiently in a dynamic environment. The role involves handling comprehensive documentation, supporting project work, and collaborating with fellow administrators and Executive PAs to ensure smooth office operations. Strong organisational skills and discretion when dealing with sensitive information are essential, as is the ability to cover for colleagues during peak times or absences.
