Job Summary: Practice Nurse - Rock Healthcare, Bury with BARDOC
Rock Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Practice Nurse to join their progressive Family Practice on a part-time basis (30 hours per week, Monday to Friday). The role involves delivering day-to-day nursing services to the practice population, focusing on health promotion, monitoring of long-term conditions, and preventative care in both the practice and the community.
The Practice Nurse will work collaboratively with the clinical team to meet patient needs, implement health policies, and provide nurse leadership.
