The role of a Mental Health Practitioner (RMN/OT/Social Worker) at the Band 5-Band 6 Development level with Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust offers an opportunity to join the Furness Home Based Treatment Team in Barrow-in-Furness. The position involves providing 24-hour support to individuals and their families experiencing mental health issues, with a focus on recovery-oriented care that prevents the need for inpatient admission. The successful candidate will engage in therapeutic interventions, risk management, and will work collaboratively within a team while upholding the Trust's values.

Candidates will receive comprehensive induction, supervision, and targeted training to develop their skills, aiming to progress to Band 6 within 12 months. The role requires a proactive and team-oriented individual willing to participate in night shifts and engage with local services to enhance patient care delivery. The position emphasises quality service, and the trust is committed to supporting the development and competencies of its practitioners.
