Our hospital estate spans 25 million m with 1.4 million NHS staff working across 17,000 buildings, including 1,140 hospitals and 7,500 primary care sites, our c100k staff are responsible for maintaining and running all EFM services.
With £5 billion of operational capital funding and annual expenditure of £10 billion across estates and facilities management, there's scope to make real change across our estate.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Estates Assurance, your role will be to; support all projects within the team, support HR & Recruitment queries and tasks, manage trackers, provide efficient and effective administrative business support, and to facilitate and monitor project progress to the team. This could include resolving day to day problems, organising meetings, supporting HR tasks within the team, supporting recruitment tasks, managing correspondence, maintaining information or databases, taking notes and minutes of meetings and other support activities. In particular, the post holder will provide and coordinate administrative and project support; including for example, the preparation of agendas and minutes, updating SitReps and taking appropriate follow-up action as required.
This role is shared with the Regional Estates Delivery Team for the Northeast & Yorkshire. This requires the postholder to be flexible with tasks and to be able to manage their workload effectively.

Your organisational skills will enable trackers to remain current and to allow you to work comfortably across different teams. Comfortable with MS Office applications, you will be able to support production of reports and presentations. You will work closely with confidential information, so remaining professional and inclusive is important.
