The United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Ward Clerk (Band 2) for their Oncology/Haematology Ward in Boston, starting May 2025. The ward primarily cares for patients undergoing inpatient chemotherapy treatment and dealing with associated complications. The role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including managing communications with visitors, handling phone inquiries, updating the electronic Careflow system with patient admissions and discharges, and maintaining medical records. Additionally, the Ward Clerk will be responsible for organizing outpatient appointments, managing stock supplies, and assisting with data collection related to ward activities.
