The Powys Teaching Health Board is seeking a part-time Band 4 Assistant Therapy Practitioner to join the Community Therapy Team in Llandrindod Wells Hospital. This role requires a motivated and enthusiastic individual capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and organisational skills to manage a caseload effectively in a fast-paced community environment. Experience in a Therapy Assistant position is preferred, as the post holder will assist in the assessment, implementation, and progression of patient care under the supervision of qualified therapists.

In this position, the Assistant Therapy Practitioner will be responsible for contributing to an efficient rehabilitation service aiming to prevent hospital admissions by meeting therapy goals set by patients and therapists. The role involves participation in a multi-disciplinary team and supporting junior staff while recognizing personal limitations and seeking guidance when necessary.
