Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust is seeking a Registration Authority (RA) Agent to join their Digital Systems Team within the Digital Services department. This role involves providing high-quality end-user support for Registration Authority services to both the Trust and external organisations across Norfolk and Waveney. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate the ability to work independently while adhering to service level agreements. Responsibilities include managing the setup and operation of the Trust's RA service, assigning system access, troubleshooting RA-related issues, facilitating the creation of digital identities, coordinating clinical system deployments, and delivering end-user training.
