The Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Counselling or Clinical Psychologist at Band 7 or 8a level for a part-time position in Buxton, with the possibility of full-time hours. The successful candidate will work within a supportive team focused on creating meaningful change in Adult Community Mental Health through trauma-informed care, promoting a collaborative environment that values lived experience. Responsibilities include providing individual and group clinical work, offering supervision and training to colleagues, and contributing to service development. The trust emphasises staff well-being and career progression, offering training in leadership and project management, as well as access to specialized supervision opportunities.
