The University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a full-time Band 6 Specialist Community Dietitian to join the Community Dietitians team at St Richard's Hospital in Chichester for a 12-month fixed-term position, with part-time and secondment options available. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, organized, and an effective communicator. Responsibilities include conducting dietetic assessments for patients in home and community hospital settings, developing treatment plans, providing nutritional advice, and supporting junior dietitians and students. The role requires regular travel between sites, necessitating a valid driver's license and access to a car.
