The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Volunteer Services Coordinator for a one-year fixed term position at their Chelsea hospital. This role involves supporting and coordinating a diverse team of volunteers who enhance the experience of patients and staff. The coordinator will engage with volunteers, oversee their recruitment and induction, and ensure that volunteer roles align with the needs of clinical and non-clinical staff. Responsibilities include managing volunteer-related data in compliance with information governance standards, maintaining accurate rotas, and facilitating strong communication between volunteers and staff.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Voluntary Services manager to deliver quality support and encourage volunteer development, while also playing a vital role in promoting volunteer services and managing the administrative aspects of the program.
