The NHS Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Board is seeking an Administrative Support Officer to join their Head Office administration team in Bodmin. This full-time position (37.5 hours per week) involves providing comprehensive administrative support to three Relationship Directors and their respective teams. Candidates should have relevant experience in administration or personal assistance, possess strong prioritisation and communication skills, and be adept at managing multiple diaries, organizing meetings, and acting as the primary point of contact for communication.

Key responsibilities include managing schedules to arrange meetings, producing high-quality documents for internal and external use, transcribing meeting minutes, and ensuring timely reporting of information. The role requires building effective relationships with stakeholders, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and adapting to changing demands while maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
