The team alsocovers the 111 Option 2 telephone contact service and a part of your role will be to take callsfrom service users contacting this service.As required by your manager, you will have responsibility for the day to day co-ordination ofthe shifts within the Crisis Response Team.You will be expected to work collaboratively with key partner organisations, service users,carers, clinicians and other practitioners within the multi-disciplinary team in deliveringservices; providing a 7-day a week, 24-hours a day service for 365 days a year workingshifts where appropriate and operationally required. Responsible for the recording of all patient related activity information onto Paris. Carry out risk assessment of the individual and of the potential hazards in the serviceusers environment. Report and document incidents as required. Provide education and support to develop service users understanding of mentalillness. Be competent in use of relevant screening and assessment tools.
