The Family Nurse role within the Family Nurse Partnership (FNP) at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust in High Wycombe involves delivering a preventive home visiting programme aimed at improving antenatal health, child development, and parental self-sufficiency for vulnerable young women expecting their first baby. The Family Nurse will work closely with families, providing therapeutic support, promoting behaviour change, and facilitating access to additional health and support services, ensuring a comprehensive and integrated approach as families prepare to graduate from the programme when their child turns two.

Ideal candidates should have experience as a family nurse or similar background and a passion for working with young people in disadvantaged communities.
