The North East & North Cumbria ICB is looking for a qualified People Business Partner to join their dedicated ICB People Team in Sunderland Enterprise Park. The ideal candidate will possess a degree or equivalent qualification, alongside CIPD Level 5 or 7, and have substantial experience in handling complex HR caseloads. This role involves providing professional HR support, managing intricate employee relations cases, assisting with HR processes, and maintaining accurate employee records.
