The North East & North Cumbria ICB is looking for a qualified People Business Partner to join their dedicated ICB People Team in Sunderland Enterprise Park. The ideal candidate will possess a degree or equivalent qualification, alongside CIPD Level 5 or 7, and have substantial experience in handling complex HR caseloads. This role involves providing professional HR support, managing intricate employee relations cases, assisting with HR processes, and maintaining accurate employee records.
Additionally, the People Business Partner will play a key role in implementing HR policies, supporting large-scale organisational change, and contributing to initiatives focused on employee engagement and development, all while ensuring compliance with current employment laws. As a dynamic team, they prioritize adaptability and commitment in delivering comprehensive HR services.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced People Business Partner to support our team. This role is ideal for someone with a degree or equivalent qualification, CIPD Level 5 or 7, and significant experience in managing complex and broad HR caseloads. This role will provide support to Organisational Change.
