Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking HCPC registered Band 5 Occupational Therapists for rotational and static positions in Leicester City. The rotation program includes 9-month placements in sub-acute physical health rehabilitation wards at the Evington Centre and the Home First and Community Therapy Service, with plans for further expansion. Candidates should possess strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset, as they will be part of a large multidisciplinary team (MDT). The role offers a supportive environment with training, regular supervision, and access to a Preceptorship Programme for newly qualified therapists, alongside opportunities for involvement in research and quality improvement projects.

Successful applicants will engage in both inpatient and community settings, focusing on patient discharge, rehabilitation, and delivering quality occupational therapy services.
