The Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust is seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacy Technician to join their team within Luton Adults Community Services. The role involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-focused pharmacy services in community settings, with a focus on medicines management interventions. Responsibilities include assessing and planning medication use for patients, improving patient outcomes by optimizing their use of medicines, providing counselling on medication regimes, and ensuring seamless communication among healthcare professionals, patients, and their families.

Additionally, the Pharmacy Technician will handle sensitive patient issues, conduct domiciliary visits to review medication adherence, and participate in service development to enhance patient care and safety. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and addressing medication-related problems, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while adhering to health and safety regulations and Trust policies.
