The NHS Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire ICB is seeking a People and Inclusion Manager to join its HR team in Chippenham. This newly created position focuses on advancing the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) agenda within the organisation and its partners. The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert, working collaboratively with the freedom to speak up guardian and other stakeholders to deliver the strategic and operational EDI program, ensuring compliance with the Equality Act 2010 and other relevant duties. Responsibilities include project management, engaging with diverse communities, and leading initiatives that fulfill the NHSE EDI High Impact Action plan and workforce reporting standards.

This role is integral to fostering inclusivity and diversity in the workplace, requiring strong relationship-building skills and a compassionate approach to engage effectively with all levels of the organisation.
