The role of Community Support Worker at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust involves joining a multidisciplinary team dedicated to transforming community mental health services, particularly for individuals with complex trauma, psychosis, and enduring mental health needs. The successful candidate will provide support within a collaborative environment, liaising with various healthcare professionals, including Community Psychiatric Nurses, Occupational Therapists, and Social Workers, while promoting recovery and well-being for service users.
