The Senior Medical Receptionist at Bevan Community Benefit Society in Bradford will serve a key administrative role in ensuring the efficient operation of the healthcare practice. Responsibilities include managing patient interactions and appointments, maintaining patient confidentiality, supervising and mentoring junior reception staff, and overseeing daily reception functions to deliver exemplary customer service.
